Paul Cooke, Customer Service Team Leader

Paul is our Customer Service Team Leader, overseeing the processes and procedures that ensure our customer service team runs smoothly. He manages our publications and stock levels, liaising closely with our external warehouse, and coordinates the dispatch of NATRE’s termly mailings in partnership with our Publications and Marketing teams.

Paul is very creative, in fact, he has a passion for design and architecture. He’s always ready to help and enjoys engaging with our valued customers to provide exceptional customer service.
