Course features

This session run by a former SLT member with responsibility for curriculum leads will focus on the importance of the annual cycle of planning, delivery and review which is central to effective leadership.

Full of practical ways to support you in reviewing the impact teaching has had on pupil attainment, personal development and well being we will draw on middle leader skills and mindsets to assess the impact of RE on all pupils in your school. You will be given a handy set of materials including exemplar proformas to support you in your all important role. The courses draws on over 25 years experience as a middle and senior leader as well as a trainer for national school leadership delivery partners.

It is not available to external professionals, consultants or advisers who do not hold a current classroom teaching role.
