Mark Clarke, Customer Service Executive

Mark is a another one of our longest serving members of the team and is part of our fantastic Customer Service team! He primarily handles all of our course bookings, so if you've been on any of our training days you have probably had the pleasure of speaking with him. He also processes book orders, and helps with NATRE membership enquiries.

He is the office joker and always has us laughing. He is happiest when in his garden (we are still waiting for the invite to a summer BBQ!) and he hates being stuck indoors.
