Lat Blaylock, Consultant RE Adviser

The one and only Lat Blaylock is our longest-serving team member, with over 24 years of service under his belt. Although he retired in December 2023, he continues to work with us on a part-time consultancy basis.

Lat is one of our National Advisers and spends much of his time travelling the country, delivering training to teachers. He has also written some of our best-selling books.

A keen cyclist, Lat loves to be out in the fresh air including completing an impressive 178 miles along the Sussex and Kent coast.
