Become trained so that you can introduce schools to this rich and effective learning resource! Understanding Christianity is currently used in over 7,000 schools across the UK, and is a substantial resource to support your teaching of Christianity in Religious Education.

This two day course covers the training needed for an RE Adviser or MAT curriculum leader to become an accredited Understanding Christianity Trainer.

Please note: to become accredited you MUST complete both Day 1 and Day 2. Materials and online access codes are only issued after Day 2 is completed.

Who is Understanding Christianity for?

For every teacher in Primary and Secondary classes, teaching RE from EYFS right through to KS3, laying down excellent foundations for further study at GCSE and beyond. It is relevant to RE in every classroom in every school, in Church of England and in Community, Academy and Free schools.
