Terms and conditions

New subscribers

1. New subscription fees must be paid in full before any mailings are sent out.
2. Student subscribers must provide their course completion date in order to qualify for the reduced student subscription package, which runs to the end of the first school year after completing the course.
3. Student subscription package is for the Professional mailing only. Student discount cannot be applied to any other subscription package.

Renewals

1. Renewal letters or invoices will be sent out approximately 10 weeks before the renewal date.
2. Reminder letters or invoices will be sent out approximately 6 weeks before the renewal date.
3. Final Reminder letters or invoices will be sent out approximately 4 weeks before the renewal date.
4. Any accounts with subscription fees that have not been paid by the due date will be lapsed and no mailing will be sent. Subscribers may then reinstate their subscription on request, and a mailing will be sent to them as soon as possible after payment in full is received.

Mailings

1. When a subscription is taken out the subscriber provides the full postal address to which the mailings must be sent. The onus is on the subscriber to inform RE Today Services of any changes or variations in the name or address of the recipient. RE Today Services cannot be held responsible for mailings lost or not received, if the name or address has changed and the subscriber has not provided this information to us.
2. All name and address changes must be given in writing and prior to a mailing being sent. If changed name and address notification is given following a mailing being sent and/or as a result of the mailing not reaching the recipient, a replacement will be chargeable. The charge will be equal to a third of the full annual subscription rate.
3. All claims for omissions of mailings or part thereof must be made within 12 weeks of the date that the mailing was dispatched. Missing magazines or publications will only be replaced free of charge if the mailing address required is that entered on our system prior to the mailing date.

Cancellations

1. All cancellations must be made in writing.
2. Subscription fees are not refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations made before the end of the subscription year.

Discount

1. All paid-up subscribers will receive 10% discount on all publications (videos and special packs not included).
2. Discounts will only be applied if the subscription is fully paid up at the time of ordering.
