BBC Bitesize Religious Studies provides a brief overview of Sikh perspectives on euthanasia. It covers key ideas and beliefs, and provides examples of key texts from the Guru Granth Sahib. There is a short test activity to consolidate learning.
Classroom suggestions:
a) Ask students to identify the key vocabulary used in Sikhism about euthanasia. Then create a glossary of these terms as a revision card.
b) Students devise a multiple choice test of their own to share with other students as a revision aid (software such as Hot Potatoes - www.http://hotpot.uvic.ca - makes this quick and easy to do).
