Creation and evolution: Hindu Perspectives

Link to Resource

BBC Bitesize Religious Studies provides a very brief overview of creation and evolution from a Hindu perspective.

Classroom suggestions:
a) Ask students to create a mind map around the word Brahma and the idea of creation from a Hindu perspective. They should use key terms and concepts and include quotes from some Hindu scriptures.

b) Students work in pairs to identify three questions they would like to ask a Hindu on this topic. Swap questions with other groups; each group plans a suitable response to the questions they have received.
